The AHB2 boasts a dynamic range of 132 dB, making it 10 to 30 dB quieter than almost all high-end reference quality amplifiers. Musical details are delivered without the obscuring effects of noise and distortion that many amps naturally exhibit.
AHB2's frequency response extends beyond an amazing 200 kHz, revealing even the finest nuances, dynamics and detail in recorded material.

Under the hood, the AHB2 also takes advantage of THX's proprietary AAA technology to virtually eradicate all forms of distortion and noise. By using a technique THX call 'feed-forward error correction', the circuit is able to eliminate all distorted artefacts usually found at the amplifier's output stage.
