Triangle's aim with the Comete EZ is to deliver a speaker which performs with the same tenacity as a floor-stander but while occupying a more compact footprint of floorspace.
For best results, Triangle recommend pairing Comete EZ with a quality speaker stand such as the S02 to allow the speaker stability and room to perform at its very peak.
The Comete model has enjoyed huge success across multiple revisions during its tenure often lauded for its incredibly performance across lower-end frequencies. Thanks to its 16cm mid-woofer composer of natural paper, the Comete EZ is capable of delivering a wide soundstage and excellent distribution of power particularly in the bass.
Meanwhile the Comete EZ's high-end is handled by Triangle's signature horn-loaded tweeter featuring trickledown technology from the revered Magellan range of high-end loudspeakers. The efficiency of the TZ2550 tweeter adds incredible dynamism to the speaker as a whole and perfectly complements its sibling drivers.
