Production Bundle from Metric Halo has been a staple among Grammy Award-winning engineers across the globe for multiple years. Now in its fourth generation, the bundle promises an even more comprehensive suite of audio engineering tools designed to make modern recording and mastering workflows effective, efficient and engaging.
Existing Metric Halo users will recognise cornerstones such as Multiband Dynamics and Transient Control for compression and limiting duties, Multiband Expander for filtering and equalisation, Dirty Delay and HaloVerb for echo and reverberation multi-effects, Character for beautiful analogue saturation, Precision De-Esser for intuitive vocal and instrumental sibilance control and of course ChannelStrip for a combination of channel processing options all in one powerful plugin.
Production Bundle v4 brings two brand new products to the family. SuperGate is a new and flexible state-space processor adept at gating unwanted signal and leaving the rest of the frequency range undisturbed, while Sonic EQ is a 6-band fully parametric equaliser based on the revered Sonic Solutions mastering EQ; ported to software for the first time by Metric Halo.
Each plug from the former v3 bundle has been updated with a refreshed and resizable interface, customisable pane colours, undo and redo capabilities and copy and pastable settings between instances. Version 4 plugins are also loaded with native VST3 compatibility out of the box, welcoming users from the Nuendo and greater Steinberg product ecosystems.
