FG-X2 features two intelligent dynamic processing modules designed to accurately add punch and colouration where mastering engineers need it most.
The FG-Comp compressor module serves to reign in wayward dynamics while preserving the impact of transients in any mix. Meanwhile the FG-Level is a limiting module armed with an algorithm designed to automatically determine necessary levels of saturation or limiting to make a track truly pop.
Four user selectable modes are available which deliver flavours from artifact-free transparent limitation, all the way to prominent colouration that demands any listener’s attention. Two operation modes can also be toggled to offer instant results or an advanced mode for users with specific requirements.
