The VerbSuite bundle provides a fully-featured control centre to customise and craft every nuance of digital reverb. Length can be controlled using the decay control, the size of the virtual room using attack; clarity can be adjusted with the pre-delay control and mid-side processing can be achieved by using the width control. Finally, for extra thickening the chorus control can be engaged for an incredible spatial richness.
Thanks to its versatile preset system, VerbSuite settings can easily be stored, recalled and A/B tested for quick comparisons. A dry/wet master control can also be wielded to mix and blend the original signal with the reverberating result.
Under the hood, every reverb plugin within the VerbSuite features technology pioneered by Slate Digital partner LiquidSonics. Unlike traditional reverb processors which use static impulses to produce a convolution effect, LiquidSonics capture the evolving character of a modulating digital reverb to achieve a far richer, smoother and dynamic ambience.
Asides from the wide-ranging tools included with VerbSuite to shape and customise character, the package also includes a versatile 3-band equaliser for additional filtering. Once the distance, clarity and dimensions of a reverb preset have been perfected, the 3-band EQ can be used to adjust overall colour for perfect alignment within the rest of the mix.
