During mixing, the SMC ably manages to avoid reducing audio bit depth, inhibiting dynamic range or colouring sound - drawbacks imposed by many modern digital interfaces. Thanks its true analogue circuitry, the full dynamic range and resolution of mixes can be experienced even at low volumes.
